STAR WARS – Pete played an Alien Hunter in The Rise of Skywalker

MARVEL AND DC – Pete played a prisoner in The Guardians of the Galaxy and Batman The Dark Knight Rises. Pete also played characters in The Justice League, Red 2 and The Secret Invasion

HORROR – Pete played one of an team of special ops troopers in World War Z and along with Tina Holland and Zak Holland, the whole family played a family of Hungries (zombies) in The Girl with all the Gifts.

FANTASY – Pete played a Dwarf in The Lord of the Rings – The Rings of Power along with many other roles in films and TV.

BOOK ‘THE HUNGRY FAMILY’ FOR YOUR HORROR CON NOW!

Buzz, Tina and Zak Holland were chosen specially to appear in the British cult horror movie to play a family of zombies from the actual location featured in the book ‘The Girl with all the Gifts’ which the film is based on. Living close to the actual airforce base in the book which is shown at the start of the movie it was a real coupe for the production as it added a layer of realism to the film that has now gone down in horror history.

“Having worked as Special Ops on World War Z, it was a real change of pace playing the part of a zombie instead of trying to keep them at bay as in WWZ. The Zombie boot camp was a blast and this British Horror gem holds so many great memories as its the only film in 25 years that we have been booked o as a whole family unit. Known for his Voice acting, Walk on roles, Stunt fighting and Special Action work , Pete originally from Hertfordshire but now living in Bedfordshire is known to most by his nickname ‘Buzz’ and has trained in Eastern and Western Martial Arts for over 40 years and is a qualified Master at Arms instructor teaching Traditional English Martial Arts (TE-MA) and is also a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Equity registered performer. A keen historian of the Viking/Anglo Saxon age Pete has over the past 15 years become know for his expertise in medieval swordsmanship. Pete often teaches at seminars around the UK and at the Royal Leeds Armoury where it has led to Pete being featured as a Medieval Weapons Expert in Historical documentaries. Pete is a two times UK Steel Backsword Champion and two times English Country Backswording World Champion, Father and coach of Zak Holland who is a Uk Steel Backsword Champion and five times English Country Backswording World Champion.

Along with Documentary and voice over work Pete has had the pleasure of working under the direction of the UK’s top Film and TV Fight choreographers such as Mark Mottram, Andreas Petrides, Damien Walters, Eunice Huthart. As a theatrically trained stage fighter Pete has worked in scenes with internationally renowned actors such as Christian Bale, Helen Mirren, John Malkovich, Chris Hemsworth, Brad Pitt, Tom Conti, Jeremy Irons, Tom Hiddleston, Joe Armstrong, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, John Gordon Sinclair, Gemma Arterton, Simon Pegg and Sophie Aldred to name but a few.

Pete has also been invited many times over the years to be a guest on different BBC local radio shows and has featured many time on regional TV news spots. Pete has performed for over quarter of a century at live historical events throughout the UK putting on displays of stunt fighting in front of thousands of people. Pete has also had the pleasure of being immortalised in the book ‘We Could Be Heroes’ by Tom Fordyce and Ben Dirs.
